I also found the snow white rayon very slippery to use. The pattern itself is just what I was looking for. I agree, the number of skeins of each would be beneficial. I'm not sure I ordered enough.

I am enjoying the challenge of this pattern however the DMC Snow White rayon thread is very slippery which makes it hard to work with.
The other comment is that it would have been beneficial to have the pattern list how many skeins of threads were needed to complete this pattern. I ran out of the Navy Blue Krenik blending filament about a third of the way through and I am not sure if I will have enough of the other blending filaments. I would recommend purchasing two each of the three skeins required just to be on the safe side. You will also need more than one skein of the DMC rayon Snow White specialty skeins as well. I am on my third skein now. I have no doubt that this will be a beautiful piece when finished and I can't wait to see it! Happy Stitching! Linda

Chit-Chat:
thread selection
The pattern calls for 3023, 3022 and 3787 for shading on a white dress. This seems to be too dark for shading or am I misinterpreting the pattern and chart.

Thread for the Ice Angel Pattern
I have this pattern but I'm not sure what the "white Marlitt thread is. Can't find it on any of the thread web sites. Would appreciate any help from someone who has done this picture.
